i need to lose some belly fat in about 2 weeks?
without pills or going to the gym. i want to start eating right but are there any specific things i can do to help lose belly fat? in about 2 weeks?

It is not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body, like your belly. In order to lose belly fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body.
In short you may need to start:
1) Eating healthier, this means:
Eat smaller meals
Eat more meals a day
Don’t starve yourself
Eat more vegetables and fruit
Drinks more water
Less sugars and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies)
Switch to whole wheat versions of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice
2) Exercising:
Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they dont burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches daily you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly fat.
Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout.
Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment – of the money you save on junk food for example =)
Try also to reduce stress and get enough sleep. Both of these are related to weight gain and emotional eating.

Okay well I’m buying a new swimsuit by then, and I have side fat even when I’m wearing sweats >.> My stomach is pretty flabby and where I wear my bra too. Is there a way to get rid of this? And will my boobs be gone too? D: And probably by how much? I’m a b/small c. I’m also 5′2” and weigh 130, and I’m 14. What should I do to get rid of it? I can walk for like 45 minutes a day, would that help?

Changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.
You can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. Drink only water, juice, & milk..3. Walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Im a 14 yr old girl and in about 2 weeks Im going on this trip to cali and we’ll be going to the beach. Everyone says my body is fine but Im really insecure about my tummy.
How can I lose belly fat in about 2 weeks? A lot of people say crunches, but I’ve found that crunches are good for toning the muscle underneath the fat, but dont help for the layer of fat ontop.
I know its probably impossible to loose all of the fat, but what exercises can I do to get rid of the maximum about of fat in my tummy?

Well, a lot of people are probably going to comment with some new ground-breaking exercise program, with scientific evidence to back it up. I’m going to keep it simple:
- junk food makes you bloat. So try and avoid it for a while. (soda and fried foods, especially)
- everything you do burns calories, literally everything. When your body has burned through all of the calories that you’ve consumed, it starts slowly consuming your fat. So get active!
- try and exercise 3 or 4 days a week. Find something you enjoy, whether it’s jogging, pilates, tennis, etc.
- make little changes to burn more calories. If you’re watching tv, do 15 or so pushups/squats/crunches/etc during every commercial break. If you need to catch up with a friend, take a walk with them instead of IMing or texting. If you’re babysitting, play tag with the kids.
- drink more water.

You have to burn more calories than you take in. IF you need to loose it bad, then you need to diet also. I’m not talking drastic changes. Just eat more vegies, no sodas, no candy bars. You also need to lift weights. I would say walk atleast 10 miles a day.
