what are some of the best cardio workout exercises where you don’t need any equipment at all to lose belly fat?
i need some cardio exercises {example: cycling} where i don’t need any equipment and all and i can do it at my. It also has to be a good exercise to lose belly fat. Please give me some exercises with requirements i said. I would really appreciate it.

Sit-ups I started out slow with 100 a night then when to 150 then 200 then 275 then 300 then 250 a night in a row.. I lost alot of belly fat i’m super skinny now and have abs now!! Good Luck!!

My kids are healthy weight but are near to overweight I think its their belly fat and leg fat.They are 10 and 9 years old.I know you have to exercise but what kind exercise makes kids have fun and lose calories at the same time please help

Cut out the junk food (or at least greatly cut down on it) and load up on healthy food. You want to concentrate on getting fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and a minimal amount of good fats like olive oil. Drink lots of water..
Do Cardio (walking, jogging, running, step climbing) for about 30 mins… And weight lifting, everyother day.. And make sure you get enough sleep..(7-8hrs).. And if you love.. Crunches and etc add them in too..
• 1) CRUNCHES/SITUPS – Lie flat on your back and with your knees bent; lift your shoulders off the floor without using your neck.
• 2) LEG RAISES – Lie flat on your back, raising both legs from the floor at the same time in a fluid movement.
• 3) REVERSE CURL – Lie on your back and bend your knees towards the chest, while keeping your hips on the floor.
• 4) CAPTAINS CHAIR – While sitting on a sturdy chair, grip the armrests and slowly lift your knees towards your chest. Keep your back straight and do not use your neck muscles!
• 5) FLUTTER KICKS – Lie on your back with knees bent and your feet flat. Straighten both legs and alternate lifting each leg at 45 to 90 ° angles.
• 6) FULL SITUP WITH TWIST – Lie on your back with knees bent and your feet flat. Contract your abdominals and raise shoulders off the surface. Twist shoulder towards the opposite knee and return to starting position.
• 7) STRAIGHT LEG OBLIQUES – Lie on your back and lift your legs straight into the air. Rotate your legs to either side alternatively, whilst keeping your legs straight at all times.

Simple everyday exercises to lose belly fat?
So I’m trying to prepare my beach body for the summer. I wouldn’t say I’m obese-fat but I would like to be able to walk around half naked without being embarrassed about it. I don’t really have enough time to go to the gym everyday so are there any suggestions for exercises I can do to lose my tummy? Thanks in advance!

Drink only water or unsweetened tea. Sodas and juices have a lot of calories, but they don’t fill you up. Even diet soda has been known to trigger cravings for sweets. However, drinking water has been shown to speed up your metabolism.
Avoid salty foods. You should not eat anything that contains a lot of salt. You should even avoid putting salt on the foods that you do it. Salty foods cause your body to retain water, which makes you weight more and look bloated.
For 10 days, you should only eat fruits and vegetables, and occasionally lean meats (watch the salt content!). Do not eat any breads, pastas, dairy products, or fatty dressings. This will cause you to lose any water weight that you have been retaining, making you look and feel slimmer.
By exercising for at least 30 minutes every day, you can increase the amount of weight lost.
